I didn’t wanna do too many laps, almost gave up on my 2nd lap. But don’t know where my motivation came from, I didn’t realized that I did 6 laps. I thought it was just 5.

Last 2 weeks were just disappointment. becuz I did a lot of late shifts, and I wasn’t home early like I normally did, my motivation to exercise almost fade away!

Once a week of exercise is just not good enough.

I have till the end of this year to diet and exercise like hell. come next year, I’m preparing my body for our next pregnancy, inshallah!
