4 sets of 10 - upper abs
6 sets of 10 - lower abs

Did extra 2 rounds, no stitches felt. Think today is the only day I’m working out.

Strength-training (stairs & arms-weightlifting) is being shelved atm, don’t want to start growing extra muscles.

Don’t really like working out in the gym.

*Laps - not a standard stadium-size field. It is much smaller, hence the timetaken to finish a lap is shorter.
