am starting a routine according to my work roster, i.e. whenever i’m doing the 2nd shift, i’ll go to the co’s gym and do a quick stretch and maybe walk/slow run on the treadmill. or stairmaster. or cycling.
but i think i need stretching more than anything.

Does stair climbing bulk up your legs? →
I’ve always been worried about this. Read on…
How muscular your legs get is genetically determined. The only way to increase the size of the muscles in your lower body is to do progressive, intense strength training (read: lift increasingly heavy weights over time) along with eating more to fuel muscle growth. But even body builders who work super hard to try to build muscle find it...

Tight fit
If you favour the Russell Brand approach to denim, be warned: a distinguished Canadian medic recently slapped a health warning on tight hipsters, saying that long-term wear results in nerve pain called paresthesia.
‘It’s also common in cyclists - symptoms include tingling and numbness in the legs,’ says Coates. Skinny jeans also restrict a healthy range of movement...

Flat abs →
Extracted from the website:
To develop a flat and sexy abdominal you MUST:
1. do some form of vigorous aerobic exercise like walking, jogging, cycling, skipping and so on for no less than 20-30 minutes 3-4 times a week. These exercises are a must rather than an option because they help increase the metabolic rate, causing your body to use up all stored fat.
2. eat right. You are what you...
Effective crunches exercise →
Extract from the website:
But it is a fact that crunches help only to tone the abs. It does not help to get rid of the flaps on the ab muscles. You can only get rid of this fat by some forceful aerobic exercises, brisk walking running etc. It should be done at least 30 minutes, 3 to 4 times within a week.

In addition, most runners are “footed”. They begin and end a respiratory cycle on the same foot while running… As the runner’s breathing then becomes synchronized with his/her stride, exhalation consistently occurs on the same leg. If one repeatedly exhales (causing the diaphragm to move up) when the right foot hits the ground (forcing the organs on the right side of the...
